No grommets but wonderful to put up with all the reinforced areas to put cable ties in or however you wish to attach this. We are enclosing our entire fenced property mostly to keep our birds in. I like that it does breath and helps more place to look just a tad neater. Easy enough to put up with one person. It does just what I need it to.
