This is an elegant, firm sofa that was easy to assemble solo, and this is not something I usually do. I did have a friend help me flip it up onto its legs after assembly. The box arrived really beat up, and I had misgivings as I was unwrapping, but the contents were protected. I have now had this sofa for over a year; I slept on it for three months while fostered cats and kittens took over my bedroom. It would work to use it as a daily bed, but it is VERY firm. The blue velvet fabric has held up nicely despite 2 cats (who fortunately, do not scratch it). I have received many compliments on it; it is the focal point of the sitting area. The couch arrived in six different boxes. One of them still hasn’t arrived yet, but the first five showed up within a day and we’re very excited. Now we’re just waiting for the last box with the armrests. So far, the couch looks very high quality, was quick and easy to assemble, and looks much more expensive than it actually is. This sofa looks great in my home office. And it’s gonna be the perfect guest bed for visitors as it folds out to basically a full-size bed and it’s actually pretty comfortable to sit on. Some of the other reviews didn’t rate the comfort very high but I think it’s great. And it looks wonderful. I’m not using the swivel table as you can see from the picture. And I’m covering up the cupholders just because they’re a stainless metal and that looks a little bit not the vibe of that room. But basically I’m very happy with this.
