Aside from shipping issues these tiles are great. They are strong and forgiving of less than desirable walls. Watch the videos and do exactly as they say and installation with be quick and smooth. I used these for my bathtub surround and being 68 doing it alone I was able to do it all myself. I did it in two days mostly because I was hesitant about doing it around the water lines. my plumbing hadn't been touched since at least the 50s and had longer bigger pipes than today. Cutting and drilling out the holes was never a problem. I will say though using a utility knife for anything other than trimming edges is difficult. Luckily I had a small table saw that worked great. It took 1 month to receive the tub. It was delivered damaged and took 2 weeks to have it removed from my driveway. It then took an additional 2 months from my original delivery date to receive the replacement. After many phone calls, I did receive some money off. Since I was replacing an older hot tub, the install was vey easy. Now that I have it up and running, I’m in it almost daily. I can’t say enough good things about this tub. It’s very nice and pretty big it took up a lot of space in my gazebo and it’s a 20x12ft gazebo . I was also worried it wouldn’t hold us if we wanted to sit on it because it kind of looks flimsy but held me and my husband. He weighs roughly 230lbs and I weigh 200lbs.. Anonymous. US. Wed Aug 06 2025

Not even close to the measurements they claimed, about 10 in short. I called customer service to see if I could buy a spacer and they were more focused on I’m past my 30 day return window which I didn’t ask for. I love the look, the materials seem quality, it's sturdy, and essentially everything I expected, however a slight word of warning, it's going to take a rubber mallet (or a piece of scrap wood and a hammer in lieu of a rubber mallet) and some serious elbow grease to assemble. Assembly of the pieces is pretty straight forward but more than likely you'll have to use a mallet or hammer to get the final piece tapped in and it's a tight fit.... which is good. It helps add to the sturdiness of the unit. Once you've accomplished that the real work begins. The legs or good quality metal. They aren't light and included is self tapping screws. Patience and elbow grease are going to be your friend. You might want to wrap the areas around it in tape before you start to secure the screws. We had the drill slip and it knicked the coating a couple of times. It's on the back so it won't be seen, but it was frustrating. Take it slow and lean into it is the best advice I can give to get through it. There are only 8 screws so its not too bad, but it can take awhile.. Danika. San Antonio, TX. Wed Jul 21 2021
