A few questionable design/quality choices like the base/tilt piece sitting on top of the bracket that connects the seat bottom and back together, leaving a gap that adds unnecessary strain to these parts. The base is nothing special you wouldn't find on any cheap chair. The upper seat is pretty nice, especially for the price. I'm a 6'1" 240lb man (athletic), and it isn't remotely "too small" as some have said, so adjust your expectations for your body type. The cushion is firm, but comfortable in my opinion.
