Assembly was easy, all pieces were included and no damage to any of them. Everything was accounted for including the hardware. One issues we ran into was alignment of screws on the back of the headboard. With lots of pressure it did finally align and screws went in no problem. The room for this new bed was empty so there was plenty of room for the parts for the new one when putting it together. Assembly took 2 of us about 90 minutes.
