This is a well built dresser. Beautiful grain and stain color, and even better yet- it came fully assembled! However, I have never ran to buy replacement hardware faster. The original hardware it came with was weird little pegs which are hard to grip! The drawers are soft close, but because of that there’s some resistance when pulling, and our hands would slip easily with the original hardware. I really did love this purchase although it was a little annoying!!! First, I would like to say that the instructions were a little bit confusing because I prefer detailed captions along with the illustrations so it took a while to assemble this dresser so be patient with yourself. I would recommend setting all of the pieces out and reading over the booklet before assembling, otherwise the quality is great. This chest was delivered in perfect condition and exactly as pictured. The dark gray color works well in our office/guest room and the drawers are deeper than we expected. They also pull out farther than another dresser I have from Wayfair and they close securely. This isn't a complaint but the gold handles are on the brassy side of gold. I wanted to love this dresser. In fact, I love the look of it. It was on back order so that may have made my anticipation more. The wood detail on the drawers is very eye catching. It is a little bigger depth wise for my room than I had thought of but we made it work. The only thing I do not like about this dresser is the drawer situation. They are deep drawers, but do not pull out all the way. The soft close has a lot to be desired as well.
