Very simple to put together. Getting the covers on the cushions was a little tricky but after doing two I figured it out quickly.To get rid of the wrinkles others have mentioned,as you are zipping the covers reach inside and adjust the cushion.Try to make sure all corners are filled. Also I bought some strips of velcro to make sure the cushions stay in place. Oh make sure you have a person help with getting the back put in. It makes it a little easier. I’m honestly really impressed with this set so far. The packaging came in 4 heavy boxes, so be prepared — this is definitely not one of those super light, flimsy furniture sets. You’ll probably want help moving and assembling it. Assembly took longer than I expected, but once everything started coming together, you could really tell the quality was there. The fabric texture feels soft and rich, the frame feels durable, and the overall look is very elevated and modern. Right now I only have the smaller chair from the set fully assembled in my space, and I already love it. It blends perfectly with my setup and gives that cozy but sophisticated look I was going for.
