I just got it today. I never had any disappointment purchasing from Wayfair at all until today. Wayfair should not pass this type of product into your North American market at all. This vacuum cleaner should be cater to a dollar store, NOT for Wayfair clientele ! Wayfair’s quality control should revisit and review your quality policies especially for this product. Your buyer is not doing a good job on this one to meet North American safety and quality standards. Hopefully you read this and pull this item out from your shelves.
