This vacuum is perfect for my little place. It’s just a smaller version than the larger one that my daughter has. But the suction on this vacuum is outstanding! I read some of the other reviews who said it didn’t have much suction power but this one sucked up a lot of dog hair. I haven’t had a vacuum in a week and I have a golden retriever. You can see in the photo how much hair it sucked off my rug on the the floor and from the couch! I love this little vacuum!! it also has a really long cord, which is great. I don’t have to keep unplugging and plugging in somewhere else. It has several attachments that are helpful too. I also read where someone said when they vacuumed dust came out from the back. I didn’t have that problem at all and I’ve only got the one rug in my living room, which is a small space rug and then I have the hardwood floors, there was no dust coming out of this vacuum cleaner. This is an excellent vacuum cleaner if you have a small space or just want a light weight vacuum. You won’t regret buying this!. Jean. Private. Tue Apr 28 2026

Wow! Talk about suction! This machine definitely has the power. I have an area rug and this vacuum picked dirt and dog hair up without spreading it. No dust particles floating in the air! It is heavy. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is the cord. Had to keep moving it and then plugging it while moving through the house.. Helen. Richardson, TX. Sat Aug 01 2026

Gave it a 4 star due to the condition of the box when it arrived. Corner taped back on and crushed in several places. The sweeper itself appears to be really great.. Super light weight and runs very quietly..I think I will really like the attachments once I use them. Very pleased with the purchase. Shipping needs some help.. Joyce. Auburn, IN. Fri Nov 22 2024

I love this vacuum. It works great. The only thing is the cord will get stuck in the bottom of the vacuum if you’re not careful while using. Other than that, I love it and it works so well especially cleaning up after 2 large dogs who shed a lot. (A Red Golden Retriever and a Bernese Mountain dog). The light on the vacuum is such a lifesaver.. you can see everything in your floor and while it’s horrifying seeing before vacuuming it’s also so so satisfying to see how great your floors look post vaccuming. I rarely write reviews, but after using the Bissell Pet Hair Eraser Turbo Rewind Vacuum (model 27909), I felt compelled to sing its praises. If you live with pets and are constantly battling fur tumbleweeds and dander like I am, this vacuum is a total game changer. Let’s start with the setup—straight out of the box, assembly was super intuitive. Within minutes, I had it up and running without needing to glance at the instructions more than once. It’s lightweight but still feels sturdy, and the design is sleek and modern. It doesn’t scream “pet vacuum,” which I appreciate. Performance-wise, this thing is an absolute beast. I have two cats, and their fur gets everywhere—furniture, rugs, corners, hardwood floors, you name it. This vacuum doesn’t flinch. The suction is powerful, and the tangle-free brush roll is no joke. I’ve had vacuums in the past where pet hair would wrap around the brush and kill the motor or need constant cleaning. Not here. After several uses, there was zero tangling and barely any maintenance required. That alone deserves applause. One of my favorite features is the automatic cord rewind. It sounds minor, but it’s the kind of small convenience that makes cleaning feel less like a chore. Just push a button, and the cord zips away neatly—no more winding or wrangling cords. The swivel steering makes it super agile, even around table legs and tight spaces. Plus, the edge-to-edge cleaning is legit—it picks up debris right up to the wall, so you’re not left having to go back in with a handheld. The dust cup is easy to empty, and it doesn’t make a mess. I can vacuum my whole space in one go without having to stop and empty it multiple times. If I had to nitpick, I wish the vacuum were just a touch quieter—but honestly, with everything else it does right, that’s not a dealbreaker at all. Overall, I cannot recommend this vacuum enough to pet parents.. Megan. US. Wed Mar 26 2025

Meet the Shark PowerDetect Transformer Upright Vacuum—Shark’s best overall clean* in a powerful 3-in-1 vacuum that converts from a deep-cleaning upright to a streamlined stick and lightweight handheld. Detect technology optimizes suction for floor type, dirt, edges, and direction, while Reveal helps you spot hidden debris and a self-cleaning brushroll prevents hair wrap for whole-home cleaning. Based on a geomean of combined tests - ASTM F608, F2607, IEC62885-2 Sec 5.3 FWD, IEC62885-2 Sec 5.3 REV, IEC62885-2 Sec 5.5 FWD, IEC62885 Sec 5.5 REV vs. upright market.

I absolutely love, love, love this vacuum! One of my favorite features is how easily it transforms from an upright vacuum to a stick vacuum and then to a handvac. Best of all... no hose! Vacuuming stairs has always been one of my biggest frustrations with traditional vacuums. I would constantly have to stretch the hose to reach the next step, and more than once the vacuum actually tumbled down the stairs because I had extended it too far. With this vacuum, I can simply detach the pod or use the handvac, making stair cleaning so much easier, safer, and less frustrating. I was able to vacuum my entire main level using the same vacuum, seamlessly switching between upright and stick modes to clean carpet, hardwood, and tile floors simply by removing the pod. And let's not forget the handvac! It's perfect for tight spaces and above-floor cleaning. With the brush attachment, I was even able to clean ceiling fans, windowsills, and dust from my furniture with ease. This vacuum is also fantastic for pet owners. I have two cats that shed quite a bit, and the handvac quickly removed fur from my sectional. The built-in light on the handvac is another great feature, making it easy to see dirt and debris in dark corners. I also love that the handvac automatically empties into the pod when it's reattached to the vacuum. Talk about true all-in-one cleaning! In upright mode, I was amazed by how much dirt and pet hair this vacuum pulled from my rugs. Even carpets that looked clean had a surprising amount of hidden dirt and fur removed, which really impressed me and showed how powerful the suction is. The Reveal Light for hard floors is another standout feature. It highlights dust and debris that are difficult to see with the naked eye, helping ensure a more thorough clean. And perhaps one of my biggest wins: no hair wrapped around the brushroll! My daughter has very long hair, and with previous vacuums I constantly had to cut tangled hair off the brushroll after vacuuming. With this vacuum, that's no longer an issue. There are so many things to love about this vacuum. It's versatile, convenient, powerful, and packed with thoughtful features that make cleaning easier. I highly recommend it!. Tj67. Cumberland. Automatic cord rewind & powerful suction along with LED headlights make it easy to do multi-floor cleaning.

Suction on this vacuum is awesome but it is so strong that it sucks up our thinner carpets. We have a large oriental rug and this vacuum works well on it. Our problem is that we have several thinner runners and the vacuum sucks them into the mechanism, clogging the brush. Our runners are in the process of being destroyed by this vacuum. I called customer service about the problem but they had no workarounds. We will now have to buy another, smaller vacuum to clean our runners.. Ron. Chicago, IL. Sun Sep 24 2023
