My chair arrived intact and on day expected. The FedEx driver was putting it on the carport which was great due to expect. I asked if he could take to my feet family room door just about 15-20 ft from where he was leaving it and he did, earning him a tip. The chair had no damage and I noted that the dust cover at bottom of the chair was actually cloth instead of the paper like stuff that’s often used. I’m 79 yo and moved the box into the house, removed and inspected everything by myself. I attempted to attach the wings to the back but was unable to get the brackets to slide into each other so had to wait for help. Once that was done the rest was easy. I love the color and like many have said in reviews the seat is hard. I expect it will soften up with uses. The fabric is nice and I expect to get many years of use from this chair. It’s a nice chair, on the lower side and quite comfortable It took me 25 minutes to assemble the chair, for me it was straight forward and I didnt have any problems, just follow the instructions and be swear that the bigger holes need to show to the outside to connect the arm pieces, it’s already written in the box so I don’t have the issue at all. The linen product is ok, color is nice, the wood is average and one piece while barely to see came scratched out of the box For the price you’ll not be disappointed and it is a nice piece to look at for sure.
