It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. First off, this recliner is very pretty, well made, comfortable, and matched the color of my existing leather furniture. It was made in the USA and was very easy to put together. Our only complaint is the seat sits too high in conjunction with the arms. This makes the arms totally useless. If I had noticed this in the photos on Wayfair, I probably wouldn’t have ordered it. As soon as my husband sat in it, we realized the issue with the arms. To remedy this, I bought two bolster pillows so my husband can rest his arms on them. One feature is it's a manual recliner, so if you are looking for something that is electric this is not the chair. But the nice thing is that there are no motors, cords, or electronic components to worry about, which means there's less that can go wrong over time. The reclining mechanism works smoothly and opens and closes with very little effort. The leather upholstery is soft, and it looks much more expensive than I expected and is comfortable to sit on for long periods. I ordered the pale gray color, and it matches the photos perfectly. The shade is a true light gray that blends well with a variety of decorating styles and brightens up the room. Assembly couldn't have been easier. The back simply slides into place, no tools needed, and no confusing instructions. From opening the box to sitting in the chair it only took a few minutes. The recliner feels firmer than some recliners, which I prefer because it provides excellent support without feeling stiff or uncomfortable. Nice comfy chair, the movable headrest is great feature as well as the hidden cup holders. One of our chairs arrived with some damage to the leather. Hopefully they will take care of this. The only other complaint is the price went down twice within 3 days and they would not give me the price adjustment (would have been almost a $200 savings)and the chairs had not been delivered yet. Also I prepared to be avaliable for the scheduled delivery time and waited all day before receiving a notice the delivery was delayed.
