I was concerned that it wouldn’t feel good, at least on the pillow cases, but this material is actually really comfortable and almost a little silky. I really like this set. It washed well and goes so well with a rustic theme. I was disappointed in one pillow sham. I went to fold them and one of them was sewn very unevenly at one end, so matching the ends was impossible. That end had over an inch discrepancy from the other end on the same side. I was worried how it would look with a pillow in it. Thankfully other decorative pillows made it where you don’t notice it. I am not sure about quality check standards, but that one pillow sham definitely is very irregular in shape. Unfortunately I can’t exchange just 1 pillow sham.. Liz. Saskatchewan, Canada. It is absolutely beautiful and HUGE! I ordered the king for a queen bed because my last queen spread looked short. The bed is very high and I wanted it to drop down further on the sides. The colors are beautiful. It’s doing the 24 hour air thing right now and I can’t wait to put it on the bed later today. UPDATE 5/6/25: It’s exactly what I wanted!
