I rent a smallish room in a large home so I didn't want to take up too much space with a bigger bed. Making my twin mattress into a couch / sofa was the right way to go. Besides the reasonable price, the quality of the product is off the charts. They generously give you three (3) shams instead of two (2) AND a really pretty throw pillow with goldish / light brownish embroidery on it (that includes the pillow). I can't recommend this set enough. (Note: I didn't include the enclosed bed skirt because again, I didn't want it to look like a bed but rather a couch. I highly recommend this purchase. Go for it!. Bought this a while back. Still using it in my beach house. Pretty and soft. Love it! Update: loved this until . . . I have used this as a decorative addition to a white quilt. Never really used except to put back on bed when making it up. I just washed pillow shams for the first time. OMG! What a mess. Most of the batting on the inside came out while in the washer. I had washed it with a set of king sheets. They were covered and I was covered with the batting as I took them out of the washer. I did not put them in the dryer. It took two drying cycles to get that stuff off of my sheets. I cleaned the lint filter three times! I won’t be washing the quilt. I hope to figure how I can still use the shams without the rest of the batting falling out. I am way past the 30-day return and I am not asking for anything.
