This cage has a great size for small animals, thus for my two young female mice it's huge. It's really good that we don't need any tool to assemble the cage, it's just adjust the wires and use the clips to fix it with the bottom. The bottom is sturdy ans strong, I like it a lot. It just don't have 5 stars because the wires of one side stayed with a larger gap then the other, so I had to put the plataform on the front opening side to prevent the scape of my young mice. It's a decent cage but came with some screws that were not really ideal for putting it together. Also instructions were a little vague but not too hard to figure out and takes longer than 45 minutes to put together even with 2 people even using a power drill. Also power drill is a must since they only made holes on one side of it to put together. Also, there could of been better attachment pieces for the top and bottom without having to add locks on it. This is a great addition for small critters. I considered it for newborn kittens that I foster. Having a divider for compartments is nice, and it looks more discreet, like furniture rather than simply a cage. It looks like the picture.
