It works well with the art and decor of my home and given its darker colors, I’m hopeful it will wear well in the heavy traffic area. This came so quickly!! Love the rug!! I got the 9 round because of several reviews showing and stating the 8 rug was a minimum of 6 to 12 smaller than advertised for whatever reasons. Though the base is definitely more of a green color as my hopes are coming through, I have navy blue chairs with wood floors, and it pulls colors from all of its surroundings. Blues, yellows grays, different shades of beige. The green is very obvious, but I feel it is very chameleon like for the colors that pop out of the rug on your surroundings.
