I purchased the mirrors at the beginning of the remodel so I was outside of Wayfair’s refund window. However, I reached out to the manufacturer who provided excellent support, helped me resolve the issue and even offered partial compensation. Turns out the issue with the mirror was glue and not cracked glass. The manufacturer provided easy instructions on how to remove the glue, which worked perfectly.
