This is our second Cicerone wall click, having purchased one a few years ago. We absolutely love the style and look. Sadly, the reason for replacing is because the hands attachment is extremely fragile and does not hold up. Once they slip and lose grip on timer, there is no tightening them no matter how much you tighten the attachment nut. Be very careful when removing clock off wall and replacing battery. Using the plastic hand time adjustment on back seems to hasten the loosening and hence making hands fall vertically and stay there. Very nice! The wood is a bit darker gray than expected but I prefer it darker. They don’t pack the clock very well in shipping, the first one sent had a crack in the wood, Wayfair replaced it quickly and we sent the damaged one back for free.
