An expandable round dining table, a high-end reproduction of the Stately Home Baker Capstan table. This round pedestal table has self-storing leaves and seats 6-10 people.  It can be used at 64" round or 84" round. It has a simplistic, classical "understated" sapele mahogany field with a brown walnut finish. We measured every detail of the original Baker table; therefore, this reproduction table will be very accurate if compared to the Stately Homes original.  The table stands on four heavy saber legs, each terminating in a polished brass foot cap, which is cast and polished to an amazing detail using the lost wax casting method.  Unlike the original Baker table, these leaves are self-storing; therefore, you do not need a storage cabinet.  They will stow away inside the table and behind the apron. The apron, the column, and the legs are very significant, heavy, and sturdy.  The outswept tapered legs are fluted to match the similarly decorated apron and oversized fluted column.

Designed to adapt from everyday meals to larger gatherings, this modern extendable dining table transforms from a compact 44.2-inch round table into an impressive 132.8-inch dining surface. Table is great. No instructions though so had to have the delivery people instruct us on how it works.. Kh. NY. Mon May 04 2026

Bring flexibility and modern elegance to your dining area with this 3-in-1 extendable pedestal dining table. Designed to adapt to your lifestyle, it effortlessly transforms from a compact 47” round table (seats 4) to a 65” oval (seats 6), and fully extends to 83” long (seats 8) — perfect for intimate dinners, family meals, or hosting guests. Supported by a sturdy pedestal base, this space-saving table offers maximum legroom while maintaining a sleek, balanced look. Crafted from durable MDF and it’s ideal for modern homes that demand both style and versatility.

I really love the look of this table and I'm torn between 3/4 stars. The pedestal design is beautiful, the walnut color is gorgeous, and I love that it converts from round to oval. The extension leaves work really well and are surprisingly substantial and heavy. Assembly was pretty easy too. That said, I’m disappointed in the quality of the materials, especially for the price. The laminate in particular feels pretty cheap. One of the pedestal posts already has laminate peeling away at the seam (it was like this at delivery), and you have to be really careful when putting in some of the screws and bolts because the laminate can easily peel or get damaged around those areas. My table was also missing some of the parts needed to secure the tabletop to the pedestal. I contacted customer service about that, and the manufacturer was very nice and immediately sent out the missing parts, which I really appreciated. I haven’t contacted them about the peeling laminate because I think I can fix it myself with some contact cement. Since the pedestal is such a large piece, I really don’t want to go through the hassle of replacing it if I can avoid it. I may still reach out if I can’t fix it, although I see the table is currently out of stock. Overall, I really do love this table and wish this exact design were available in real wood. It’s not an inexpensive table, and I do think it’s overpriced for the quality of the materials. I would happily pay more for this same design if it were made with real wood and a better-quality finish. It’s a beautiful, functional table, I just wish the quality matched the price.. Anonymous. LOVE this table! I was looking for something elegant and round that could easily convert from 6/8 people to 10/12 for get-togethers... This table does that. It is really beautiful.
