First off , the box it came in was in terrible shape. Whole back was open, corner torn off. Thankfully all the parts were there and the chair was not damaged. But FedEx- come on . Secondly and Im no newcomer to assembling items, the assembly was not a smooth process. Some of the screws took several attempts to bite . As for the chair itself Ive used it for a couple of days. Its fine. The foot rest is rather flimsy but overall so far Im pleased with the purchase and the price.. Timothy. Saint Johns, FL. Wed Oct 14 2026

I have waffled on this between four and five stars. The chair is every bit as weighty and good looking as the pictures show. Not quite a chesterfield but chesterfield-like. The "faux leather" certainly feels as you would expect pleather to feel. I'm a fan of full grain leather typically but given the option of this versus a 2k+ chair of real leather it is a good compromise. I will say the following though as a "con" of sorts. There are a few comments here about the pitch of the seat. As an amateur woodworker I mistook this as not understanding that a proper seat needs pitch to be comfortable. The basic pitch (with the back locked) is a bit more than I thought it would be and I can see how a smaller person may not like it. I'm 6' and have it at top height so it works for me, but just be aware that the pitch of the seat is a bit more than you may be used to.. Andrew. Owens Cross Roads, AL. Sun Sep 13 2026

Once I got the wheels in (I needed help), the rest of the assembly took maybe five minutes. It’s comfortable but not cushy (perfect for a work chair). If you’re on the petite size, this chair should work for you.. Lee. Albany, NY. Wed Oct 07 2026

I LOVE this chair!!! It came neatly packaged and was easy to put together with minimal tools. The seat is super wide, so I can sit with my legs crossed and still be comfortable. The material feels really soft and very comfortable. It does scratch fairly easily though. I have a puppy and he scratched the arm with his paw and the material has a small scratch now. I didn't take a star off though because I love this chair so much! The foot rest is nice to have but is a little bit flimsy. Overall, I highly recommend this chair for it's comfort and clean look...
