This unit perfectly utilized a tiny 8x10 “bedroom” in my 126-year-old house. I use it as a multi-purpose guest room (for one) and craftoffice area. It’s super resourceful and space-saving which I love and wouldn’t have otherwise conceived would be possible given how tiny the room is. That being said It’s a great deal for what you get, but what you get is a fully occupied weekend for AT LEAST two people, and that’s if you’re familiar with assembling furniture, which I am. This was hands-down the most tedious and time-consuming piece I’ve ever assembled—however, I expected that to be the case and prepared myself for it. I would advise separating all the parts by step (hardware especially) beforehand to prevent stupid mistakes like using screws on step 37 that were meant to be used on step 13. Every detail matters. I am single but I can see how this project could potentially end in divorce. All in all, it’s a great piece for the money—just prepare yourself for not just hours, but DAYS of labor. Highly recommend for the patient DIY folks. The instructions aren’t great but they rarely are. Fortunately there are QR codes on each step which link to videos showing the guys in the factory assembling it. This Murphy bed is an ideal choice for small apartments. When folded, it can immediately free up a lot of space for daily activities. The outer panel of the bed is cleverly designed, which can be used as a temporary workbench or for placing items. The side of the bed is equipped with sufficient storage shelves, providing a lot of storage space. Whether it is books, decorations, daily clothes or exquisite jewelry, they can be stored neatly and orderly.

This piece takes quite a while to put together and requires at least 2 adults to do it well. The assembly hardware doesn't fit tighly and easily shows because it is a contrasting color. I do not foresee the bookshelves staying in place with heavy use because the stabilizing pegs are too small for the holes. The swinging feet readily loosen every time you put it up or down. luv the versatility of this unit and the ability to add more sections down the road. also love the simple but elegant design, my only dislike was the fact that brown is no longer available, also the instructions indicate that you would need to screw the top shelving unit into the basedrawers. I dislike, putting wood screw holes in the base. They should of designed it where instead of using wood screws, you could use machine screws to take it apart without damaging the wood.. William. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pain to Assemble — But 100 Worth It! I purchased two of these desks for our homeschool room, and now that they’re finished, I absolutely love them. They are beautiful, substantial, have tons of storage, and feel very sturdy. The white finish with the darker wood top looks even better in person. Fair warning though assembly is a PROJECT. The first desk took us about 5 hours, and even knowing exactly what we were doing, the second still took about 4 hours. I would absolutely recommend having two people, plenty of space, and a whole lot of patience. That being said, the instruction manual was surprisingly clear and helpful. There are simply a LOT of pieces and steps involved. Once assembled, though Worth it. They look like much more expensive pieces of furniture and completely transformed our homeschool room. I especially love all of the drawers, cabinets, shelving, and built-in desktop outlets. If you’re willing to survive the assembly process, I highly recommend them.
