Very nice, quality chaise that seems well-constructed and has a simple but elegant design. Assembly was fast and easy. However, packaging/shipping was poor. Box appears to have broken and was retaped during shipping. Item arrived with missing leg and cushion. Customer service was excellent, promising to replace missing parts within a few days. I had a trillion issues with ordering the Everlee series and the sofa and chairs would say processing and give estimated delivery dates and then stayed on hold then canceled, it was a complete nightmare so after only receiving the covers, I have to return them because I have no furniture..
