This is a terrific little system! I am a tea drinker and my husband let it slip that the UK has hot water on demand in many places... I asked if we could and lo and behold! Installation was easy*, although we didn't use the supplied filter as we have it going through a filter system already. The temperature isn't exact, so we did have to mess with the dial a little. It doesn't take up room underneath the cabinet either. *There's a crimp piece required. The metal one didn't fit properly, and they provided a plastic one also which worked, but barely.. The faucet is beautiful although the color is a bit off and I hope it cleans up nicely and the finish does not rub away. I’m going to have to be very careful. We have a similar faucet in our other house so I’m expecting this to be top quality having good pressure and a smooth quiet flow. This massive system unfortunately will not even fit in this house without replacing the cabinetry, counter and sink. We are though moving back to our other house in a month and will be definitely installing this. Purchased this to go with the Paterson faucet in black matte. It’s beautiful and matches perfectly. Just a warning do not lean water bottles etc. on this as you fill them to keep them standing.
