Very happy with the colors I chose. Quality of material is high. It arrived pre-assembled in a giant box. It was well wrapped and there's not a nick or scratch on the chair. Since working from home I burnt through a $400 chair in 2.5 years. I decided to make the investment in a higher quality chair. So far when I sit in it my sciatica goes away and my body is just immediately comfortable. I'm only 5'3" and my feet can actually firmly be on the ground. Very happy that I went with the Gesture. I love the chair. Super comfortable very easy to put together. But it doesn’t come with instructions on how to do the adjustments. It only came with directions on how to put it together. France dance I would like to tilt the front part of the seat down a little more, but don’t know how to do that. There’s a giant knob on the underneath side of the chair, but there’s no instruction that goes with it. So if you guys could put an instruction manual in there on how to do the adjustments on the chair that would be awesome. Otherwise I’m very happy with this chair and it’s worth the money. The chair is comfortable. I sat in the chair in the store for 90 minutes doing work - computer, reading, and hand writing. (Thank-you staff for letting me do this on a slow Monday morning.) It was a positive outcome in the store. Now that I have this chair in my home office, it works very well, there too. The reason that I am not rating it 5 stars: the arms are comfortable, but not as adjustable as I would like. One annoyance is that the pictures on the construction instructions did not match the chair. I was still able to fully assemble, adjust, and place the new chair in the home office in under 20 minutes from delivery. The auto-adjusting lombar support works well. I ordered another chair a couple of weeks ago and Wayfair lost it in transit and I didn't get a replacement. I needed a desk chair so I ordered this one. The installation was easy enough - It was just a little awkward for the bottom and back parts since they had to be screwed in at a specific angle. The chair doesn’t fit in the box! I ordered two and both had parts sticking out! So my chairs came damaged. Luckily not damaged enough that it ruin the product but still a little upset.... besides that the chair was easy to assemble. I could do it by myself in about 20 mins following the instructions. Sitting in it is nice but it’s a bit stiff compared to other mesh chairs I’ve had. I’m hoping it will soften a bit after using it. The headrest is a really nice plus! I never knew I needed it! The chair can lean back a good enough amount and you can lock it in place. The mechanism to push it back is a little complicated to learn at first since there’s no instructions but it’s easy once you get it. My mom still doesn’t understand it though but she still likes the chair. If you’re shorter than 5’3’’ then the chair is too tall for you. My mother’s feet hang off the chair and she needs a foot rest. For me my feet just touch the floor so I’ll probably get a foot rest too. All in all it’s a nice chair! I gave it 4 because of packaging issues but besides that I really like the product. The back actually hugs my whole back so I feel support throughout my whole back. We will probably order more..
