Cameras are great and SUPER easy to set up. I am in MN, so it will be interesting to see if the battery works. While Eufy could GREATLY improve their e-commerce site, I am happy with what I got. BUT, a few things not apparent on the order page that might help you: 1. Cameras come with cords; so you can charge AND/OR do solar. You cannot plug them in. 2. You want to make sure your entire system sycnhs to homebase, and there are multiple homebase versions (these MAY be, but seem incompatible when trying to set up full systems, so make sure you get all consistent with your base) 3. Still working on figuring out the app settings, as different cameras have different settings available, but I like these. I have never had a batch disposal before. I have always had the traditional ones that require a switch to turn on. The only real issue (and its not much of one) is with how our sink is in the kitchen island there isn't a good spot to set the plunger when not in use other than in the sink itself. It is powerful and I am really happy how well it does its job. There is no flap that covers the opening to the drain like on traditional disposals. I thought this would be an issue having it open and silverware falling in. With our drain off to the right it really has not been a problem. Although I did have a fork fall into it the fact that the disposals "neck" between the sink and the bottom is long so the fork never fully fell into the disposal it just stood straight up. Also not having that flap covering the disposal makes it much easier to see at a glance if anything has made its way in that should be there. It is noisy but not bad, just as I expected as from traditional. I like the safety of it not turning on unless the plunger is in. We have young kiddos. Just makes me feel better. I had the R10000-UNBXHF valve body (in conjuction with the T17038-SS Lahara 17 series valve trim) installed 16 months ago and the shower head is now dripping when the valve is turned fully in the off position. The faucet adapter Kit includes a snap-on snap-off 2-part faucet adapter and a Y-connector. Part A of the faucet adapter easily connects to a single sink faucet and can remain connected. Part B connects to Part A and to the Y-connector. The 2 split ends of the Y-connector allow connection to hot water and cold water hoses which attach to the washing machine. The snap-on snap-off feature of the faucet adapter allows for a quick one-step process to connect the water supply from the sink faucet to the washing machine. Once the washing machine has completed the laundry cycle, Part B along with Y-connector and hoses can be easily snapped off and removed from the sink faucet.
