Pretty straight forward and easy to install. My husband (who isn't too handy) was able to do it himself. It is very heavy so two people may be needed since it's 110lbs. The gold matches my daughter bathroom and it looks beautiful. The back is shorter than our last one but it's good since my four year old is able to teach the buttons by herself. The lid is soft closing so no more slamming of the cover. Feels great and looks just as clean and sleek. Great upgrade from a standard toilette . Built in bidet is perfect solution since we did not have space for a separate European style bidet . Nice toilet, one should pay attention to the water supply as mine interfered with the body of the toilet! I had to replace it with a 1/4 turn valve. Also anyone who is replacing a Toto toilet should leave the old mounting bracket in place as the screws will fit into the old plastic mounts. This way you only have to drill 2 holes for the trap..
