These are nice sheets, they are definitely feeling as if they are 100 cotton. These are nice and lightweight sheets. They do seem a little in the thinthread bear side. Before I washed these sheets they felt softer. Almost like they might be a brushed cotton. Or Sateen. Now the sheets feel stiffer and crisp. Which isn’t a bad thing. Yes, they are expensive and worth every penny! I'm not sure WHY the title has the word "Sateen" in the description. These are the same SUPERIOR brand sheets I have purchased for 12-15 years and they are 100% Egyptian Cotton and sturdy not thin like many of sateen sheets are. These sheets are nice and soft. They also feel silky. I didn't get them out of the dryer right away, so they definitely wrinkle quite a bit if not taken out of the dryer and put on the bed right away. In the picture, I put the pillow case on a queen size pillow (I got the queen size set). The pillow case fits well but it was confusing at first because I thought it was inside out based on the seams, but the envelope part didn't work. Buttery soft sheets. These are unbelievably soft. They feel so good on the skin and they’re so soft. This product is made out of Tencel Lyocell. It felt soft right out the package and maintained its softness after they were laundered. I followed the directions washing and drying them and minimal wrinkles noted. The set is breathable and great for hot sleepers. Fits my 12 inch hybrid mattress well.
