This 13.4-inch self-watering hanging planter set of 2 in brown features an integrated water guide system that helps balance soil moisture and airflow, supporting healthier plant growth and reducing excess watering issues. The widened and deepened inner pot provides generous space for root development, making it suitable for flowers, vines, herbs, and mixed greenery. A built-in water storage compartment with overflow control helps maintain consistent hydration while reducing watering frequency. Designed with matching inner and outer color tones, it creates a cohesive look that suits a variety of indoor and balcony settings. Crafted from sun-resistant and frost-resistant PP material, it maintains its appearance over time and supports long-term outdoor placement without fading or cracking.

The self-watering feature prevents overwatering and underwatering as long as the drainage plug on the bottom of the planter is removed. This is because the water level will always drop to the top of the overflow drain. Your plant will then absorb the water as needed. If you're worried about underwatering and/or if it's hard to tell if the plant is dry, then we recommend watering frequently to avoid any chance of underwatering. That ensures there is always water available in the reservoir. Just make sure the drainage plug is removed so that the water does not overfill the reservoir, potentially causing watering-logging and root rot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to upgrade my deck planters with 4 of the EZCube Self-Watering Planters and they have been fantastic. The planters arrived very well packed, the assembly directions were easy to follow, hold just under 3 cubic feet of soil and suitable for a wide variety of plants. I have 3 panicle hydrangeas and a reblooming azalea planted in the EZCubes. They are all healthy, happy, putting out new leaf growth and the hydrangeas are blooming.
