The cushions are on the firmer side, but I’m hoping they soften a little with time and use. I really like the overall design and functionality, especially for a U-shaped sectional with a pull-out sleeper and the two storage ottomans have ample storage for two large throw blankets and spare pillows. Easily sleeps someone over six feet tall. Most importantly, this couch fits really well in a smaller space without feeling too cramped. i honestly love this couch! it was easy to assemble i decided to not use the part to connect them together because i plan on rearranging it and i love that it has storage for blankets and i love the assembly it kinda came in a lot of boxes though! but other then that i love it !!. We’re obsessed, it’s super deep and the storage is a big plus. We thought maybe the storage would make it harder but it’s so cushioned, we didn’t feel a difference.
