The bed is great! The only thing that was frustrating was that it was advertised as the lowest price and had a 24 hour window to get the offer so I took it. I found out two days later that the Bed went on sale for a lower price and when I contacted customer service, they were unwilling to match that price or even let me return the bed and get my money back and then order the Bed at the lower price. I am extremely happy with this bed frame! It arrived well-packaged and all of the parts were clearly labeled, which made assembly much easier than I expected. While it did take some time to put together, the instructions were straightforward and everything fit together properly. The storage drawers are one of my favorite features. They slide smoothly and provide a surprising amount of extra storage space for blankets, sheets, seasonal clothing, and other items that would normally clutter up a bedroom. The built-in headboard shelving is also incredibly convenient for keeping everyday essentials within reach. The LED lighting adds a nice modern touch and creates a cozy atmosphere in the room, especially in the evenings. I also love the built-in charging station, which helps keep cords organized and makes charging devices overnight much more convenient. There was an issue with the order (sent wrong item), but wayfair's customer service was top notch and resent the correct bed quickly. It was not that difficult to put together (2.5 hours with one person and would likely take 1 hour with 2 people). My niece is very happy with the result. The extra storage space is very useful and the bed feels like it will last through her teenagers years ahead. She did note that the bed slats are very flimsy and would recommend a box spring or bunkie board. If a child jumped on the bed- it would likely break. We were looking for a simple storage bed without a headboard and this has worked out wonderfully! The drawers look small but hold all of our bed linens — sheets, extra comforters, and blankets. I can’t speak to how the assembly process was because we had the service do it, but it has been perfect for our needs. It looks great in our room and feels very stable. We also use a bunkie board underneath our mattress because we have a sleep number mattress and we wanted the extra support beyond the slats (spaced too far apart for a sleep number mattress).
