I just got it, haven't used it much, but it's great! I need to elevate my leg due to a knee surgery and I wanted to give this chair a try because of the foot rest. I thought the foot rest would maybe not go far enough to be able to extend my leg well, but it did! I ordered another chair a couple of weeks ago and Wayfair lost it in transit and I didn't get a replacement. I needed a desk chair so I ordered this one. The installation was easy enough - It was just a little awkward for the bottom and back parts since they had to be screwed in at a specific angle. It was a great buy, especially for the price compared to other options. It was easy to put together and there are English instructions! The instructions to attach the armrests and the footrest were missing but it was easy to figure out by looking at the illustrations.
