Beautiful bench, very easy to assemble. My problem was I gambled and purchased a open box unit. Someone drilled a hole in to far and split the wood. I was unable to get a replacement part, so it had to be returned.. Toni. Nashville. Wed Jun 03 2026

The Hall Tree Bench is simple, beautiful, and very functional. I didn’t buy it mainly to use as a bench; I bought it to have a convenient place for my bags, keys, and lunch bag, and it works perfectly for that. The shoe compartments are a little limited. They are fine for sandals or flatter shoes, but not really for heels because the space between each section is too small. I ended up using the second compartment for my tall lunch bag, which worked well, but you cannot fit much more in that area. The color matches what is shown on the website, and I’m planning to add a green plant later to bring in a little more color. I really love the look of it. One important thing to know: it comes in a BIG and HEAVY box. If you need room-of-choice delivery, I recommend arranging it directly with customer service instead of relying only on the website. I carried and assembled it by myself, but I definitely agree with the recommendation to have someone help you. Once I opened the box, the instruction guide, tools, and hardware were all included. The directions were easy to follow, and assembly was actually very simple. The hardest part was cleaning up all the protective foam and cardboard used to keep the pieces safe during shipping. I actually enjoyed putting it together with some good music and a beer. Everything is possible! I love this Hall Tree Bench. It is practical, attractive, and works perfectly for what I needed. The pictures honestly don’t do it justice.. Aliuscha. Hialeah, FL. Sun Oct 04 2026

Surprisingly, easier to put together than I anticipated. Really solid. The back rest is shorter than I anticipated and the only reason why I took away a star is because I can find it 100 cheaper somewhere else. But other than that nice solid piece for my entryway looks great.. Syrita. Tue Aug 04 2026

Sophie doesn’t know how she ever went without her mid-century entry shoe bench. But a bit of chic-cottage delight was all she needed to upgrade her morning routine. You see, Sophie is an avid runner, but small-space living makes it tricky to organize all her gear; now she never has to worry. Her new bench offers her ample storage space with a smooth, flat top. Sophie can kick off her shoes, grab her water bottles, and tuck away her running belt in a flash as she hurries to and from her home. You may not be a runner, but like Sophie, you too can transform your busy routine; your mornings will thank you!

This bench was EXACTLY what I was looking for and I LOVE IT thus far. Thanks haven’t sat on it BUT it feels sturdy. I put it together myself which was a bit trying but I got it together nonetheless. This bench was exactly what I was looking for. The color was as shown in the pictures. It is a beautiful, deep mahogany with no scratches, cracks or other issues. Rich tones and clean slatted lines give this storage bench a warm, grounding presence that feels right at home in bustling entryways or quiet bedrooms. The high back and gently flared arms nod to classic Mission design, while the lift-top seat conceals a roomy compartment for shoes, scarves, or seasonal layers. With its crisp edges and tailored profile, it adapts effortlessly to modern, transitional, or traditional spaces whether tucked beneath a window, placed at the foot of a bed, or anchoring a mudroom. Wherever it's placed, this piece keeps clutter out of sight while lending the room a polished, welcoming feel.

The Glenn 50 inch storage bench exceeded my expectations in both quality and pricing. I needed the storage for our winter hats, scarves and gloves to have at the ready when venturing out in our northern Michigan winters. I have always called these “deacon benches.” The sizing is generous holding so many items. This would literally work for a family of 6. This is true to size fitting into our foyer exactly as advertised at the 50 inches in width. (See photo). The wood is solid and without blemishes. The finish is a shiny dark brown color. This is solid and strong and does not wobble. The bottom of the storage area is a thinner wood and is rated to hold no more than 30 pounds. My husband assembled this in just under an hour. The small included Allen wrench did not fit the screws so my husband used his own Allen wrench. My only critique is that the included wrench did not fit. This bench is a quality item appearing rich and elegant in my home and I am sure to receive compliments.. Debbie. Gaylord, MI. Fri Oct 23 2026

I’m very happy with my purchase! It fits perfectly in my home and looks beautiful. I highly recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Diana. Caddo Mills Tx. Sun Aug 30 2026

This beautifully crafted wooden storage bench combines classic design with practical functionality. Perfect for entryways, bedrooms, or living areas, this timeless storage solution seamlessly blends seating comfort with essential organization needs.

This is a fine piece. Hardy, pretty it’s storage space is useful. The only thing I don’t really like is the height. It’s arms and backboard could be a few inches higher because it’s much shorter than expected, making it a bit awkward to sit comfortably. That’s why I gave it 4 vs 5 stars.. Jesus. US. Tue Aug 25 2026

Looks just as advertised. My husband says it’s made of cheap material but we didn’t buy it to last forever. There is a gap between one of the boards when he put it together but you could only see it if you were inspecting it closely. Anonymous. Mon Sep 14 2026
