I had just donated my porcelain coated cast iron because of its weight and arthritis in my hands and wrists, so needed a replacement. A respected source I checked rated the Tramontina Signature next to the All Clad, which was a little over 3 time more. Seemed like the perfect choice for me as a home cook.
