The chairs look nice and sturdy. Not too hard to put together. The color is brown. Definitely not gray. I included a picture next to my actual gray furniture. But the swatch is pretty accurate so I wasn’t really surprised. I thought the arms were gray but they aren’t. I took away one star because they are not very comfortable. The backs are very upright for a glider. The cushions seem fine.. Julie. Kenner, LA. Tue Jun 02 2026

Great value for the sale price. 4 stars because the directions could be more clear- the screws must be very loose to put the chairs together- and the pillows are not as advertised- they are much thinner, but over all good for the price.. Kimberly. Sun Oct 11 2026

Material a bit scratchy. Hard to buy furniture without being able to try it out. I'm 5'5" and these are a bit too tall for a really comfortable seat. Love the swivel aspect and they were too challenging to build. Customer service gets an A+. Anonymous. Florida. Wed Sep 02 2026

Very happy with chairs. They are very good quality for the price, they swivel and rock easily and the cushions are a nice color and quality. It did take two people to put these together, a little under one hour for each chair but not too difficult. The chair backs are lower than the chairs that I replaced (another review mentioned the lower back) however with the back cushion I feel enough support to be comfortable. I appreciate the smaller size of these chairs because my lanai is not large. I would not recommend if you are a larger sized person or looking for larger size furniture.. Todd. Middle Village, NY.
