Overall impression of cover materials and chair assembly was good. Only one part was difficult to assemble - the Step 4 needs two people to put it together. The chair and ottoman are and look very nice. It only took 3 days for delivery, which was nice. It was fairly easy to put together, took about 30-40 minutes. The color is more almond/cream in color than the advertised ivory. The chair sits much lower to the floor than I thought it would. Much lower than our previous recliner chair - so be aware. When I purchased this chair and ottoman it was on sale, a very good price for this product. After receiving the chair and ottoman, I now wish I had purchased two.
