Hi Wayfair shopper! I recently purchased this chair and ottoman set for a teen gamers room. I needed something for a small space that was comfortable. First, let’s talk assembly. The assembly instructions were easy to follow, the tools were clearly labeled, and overall it wasn’t too bad. The only issue I had was with some of the fabric being too bulk around the screw points. However I was able to move the excess fabric without ruining the integrity of the chair. The other “issue” I found was the instructions weren’t very clear on the direction of the ottoman base to the sides. However I quickly figured it out and thankfully assembled correctly the first time. I found with the ottoman it’s best not to tighten all of the bolts until they are all on, as it can cause a slight misalignment. The chair was very easy and lightweight putting together with very clear instruction. Next, overall look of the chair. The fabric is soft and comfortable to the touch, but the chair is a little bit smaller than I had anticipated. The back of the chair doesn’t recline and it does seat you straight upright. So this chair would work better as a reading chair, guest chair, or accent chair. But for the small space that I needed it in, it fit perfectly. I especially liked that the ottoman doubles as extra storage and can slide all the way under the chair. Which is very useful for a small space. Overall a great little chair, I gave it 4 stars just because it was smaller than I had thought. Definitely recommend if you’re needing a cute accent chair with storage for a small space.. Angela. This oversized chair was the perfect size for my alcove and the color is nice and neutral. The one bracket was a little bent but fixed easily with a mallet. Some of the cushions were packed inside the back part of the chair and were hard to pull out. A screw needed to be removed before pulling the cushions otherwise it wouldve torn the fabric pulling it out. I wish there was a fabric flap that could be attached to cover up the space where the cushions were packed because I imagine dirt and debris are going to get caught up inside. We really like these chairs! We were skeptical, as most things we get from this site seem poor quality. But I like these chairs!! My only disappointment is that the pink color is so faint. I would prefer a richer, more saturated color. I add pillows to take care of that. The thing I like most about these is that I can sit up straight instead of being forced to lean back which puts my back into a spasm. We have expensive chairs from Dania that kill my back and I can barely walk when I get up from sitting in them. These pink chairs feel fantastic. The Chihuahua is in 7th heaven because we bought two of these- we now have four chairs and four footstools which means the dog has his choice of chairs now, too, and doesn’t always want to sit in my lap when I watch TV.
