I was really happy that the sofa was delivered earlier than the scheduled delivery date. Since it’s a heavy item, Wayfair included free delivery and setup right in my preferred room, which made the whole process super convenient. They also called at least 30 minutes before arrival to make sure someone was home, which I really appreciated. The delivery team was very nice and polite. They brought it all the way up to my third-floor apartment and set it up quickly without any issues. The sofa itself is manual recline, but it’s very smooth and easy to use. You can even recline it almost flat, which is perfect if you want to take a quick nap or just fully relax. The fabric feels soft and slightly velvety, but it doesn’t seem like it will attract dirt easily. It is a bit on the firmer side, like some other reviews mentioned, but still very comfortable for lounging and watching TV in the living room. I was worried about it not being comfortable since you can't see it before you buy it, but it is quite comfortable. The electric recliner is a lot quieter and better for when you have a dog that likes to climb up with you - you don't need to worry about them hurting themselves because the foot rest falls out from under them. The couch is a hit. The granddaughter loves it. She can stretch out on it while watching her shows. The only down fall I’ve found so far is 1. The heat can be turned on and no one knows it. 2. The arm rest are sort of flimsy the other day my son lean on one and it gave a little at that point it said wow they armrest are flimsy. But that’s the only downfall on on this couch loves material. I didn't measure the couch because the living room is large. It fit just right, actually. It was really easy to put together and I usually dislike putting furniture together. It has the right amount of back support and is very comfy. The seats are large- I am sitting cross legged and still have plenty of space on each side. I need to get a new rug because my previous one looks tiny now, lol. The color is good and not too dark. While sitting in the seat, my feet do not touch the floor unless I put pillows behind me.
