The couch is exceptional! It is my first time buying a couch without "trying it out" first, and I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it is! We went thru quite a debacle to get it delivered tho, and had to wait almost 2 months. With that being said, I feel like they made it right for us and helped every step of the way!
