Avid griller and used to taking care of a grill. I love the Broil King grills and this is my second one. I ordered Cast Iron Grates for this one due to better searing qualities, but have been sadly disappointed, I season them about every 4-6 months and they are still rusting away. When it arrived, I was a little taken aback. I wasn't expecting to open the box and find so many individual parts. Everything was disassembled. It took me about 4 hours to put together. I remember wondering if I made the right purchase. However, once it was assembled, my opinion completely changed. The grill is sturdy and has been a great addition.
