I really wanted to check out the quality of the product before actually committing to it. I have applying this over a stone floor to hopefully have a cleaner look overall. Since the actual project requires nearly 5000 sq ft I want to make sure that this project will maintain the design continuity and overall quality standard I'm looking for. That can be tricky when you want to stay under $10.00 per foot. I also had my installer give me his opinion since he's the one who's going to have to work with it. From my prospective the color is what I'm looking for, and the Herringbone design will give just enough texture in these large rooms to be interesting. The six multi-sized tiles are the beginning of a patio area. They came well packaged in a cardboard box and plastic wrapped onto a solid pallet delivered by a freight company--no breakage here! The tiles state that they were Made in Italy. The pattern is attractive and the tiles sturdy! I haven’t finished installing them yet, but the paving stones are very pretty. They’re a good size, have nice color variation across the pieces, and are nicely brightening up the side of my house. They arrived on a small, less than 2x3’ pallet that will be easy to dispose of, and the drivers were easy to contact, friendly, and right on time. 2 of 20 pieces were broken, but I consider some breakage normal whenever you’re shipping tile or stone. I originally gave this product one star but came back to amend my review after a lengthy conversation with Customer Care. The stone coping itself is Wonderful!! A great product with color variations and a smooth edge - purchased at a deep discount but vendor "changed their mind" 3 weeks after I paid and then refused to honor the sale. They sent me 1/10th of my order with no explanation and left me holding the bag. Took several calls/complaints before a wonder CC member of the Wayfair Pro Team stepped in on my behalf and forced the vendor to honor the original price paid and delivery exactly what I purchased. This item didn’t match the description on your app. It says that this is one piece that is 56x48”. I received three different pieces that were no where near the same color, and the square footage was about half what was indicated on your app for the piece I thought I was buying.
