Only reason it’s 4 stars is because I’m not a wine drinker and don’t like the wine shelves. I wish we had the option to pick out different shelving for it. So far so good! Temperature is set 25 degrees different between the beverage side and wine side. So far wine is perfect temp. Haven’t had a chance to test the colder beverage section but working great so far. Look is good, not loud at all. I like that the light can easily be turned on or off (I didn’t like the idea of a blue light being on all the time). The wooden sliding shelves are simply designed, they slide easily and just catch themselves on a stop to ensure they don’t slide too far out. Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws..
