So far I do like this it does make the water taste a lot better. Its not quite as cold as I would like I have a 32 oz water bottle and Im about halfway of filling it the water gets warm since its refilling the tank as it goes, but some ice cubes would fix that. I have noticed the machine is getting a little bit louder so I will monitor that and see if it gets worse but so far so good. Karlie. Syracuse, UT. Wed Sep 30 2026

And not only does the Aquifer 4-in-1 system bring convenience to your kitchen, it also eliminates the waste of single-use water bottles and cuts down on appliances cluttering your countertop as it delivers all these functions in one system.

We use this with our under-counter beverage system, and as a family of five, we run a lot of water through it. I purchased this filter as a backup replacement, but I have to say, we've been using the original filter that came with the system since February and it has far exceeded my expectations. We also use the beverage system to fill the reservoir on our nugget ice maker, and since switching from tap water, there has been absolutely no scale buildup. That's been a huge bonus and has helped keep maintenance to a minimum. The filter life, water quality, and overall performance have been outstanding. Based on our experience, this has been a fantastic value. 10 out of 10 stars for this filter! Highly recommended.. Kris Birch. Fri May 29 2026

Certified to remove 83 toxic chemicals including lead, chromium 6, chlorine, fluoride, pesticides, fertilizers, POFA, PFOS, and more! With AquaTru, you can transform your tap water into pure, delicious water you can trust.

I’m 75 so this thing is a bit hard for me. I didn’t realize the compartment for clean water and used water were in the back. It’s heavy to turn around for me and lifting the water is difficult. You must wash the whole thing every week. My sink is high, newer apt, I’m 4 11” and that’s lifting at chest level. I think for younger folks it’d be great but when it’s done cleaning the water there is about a days worth for me. Otherwise for what it is it’s great! It does take up one counter at my apt. I had planned to put it under the cabinet but can’t turn it around under there so it’s on the countertop sideways. The. Carol. Tucson, AZ. Mon May 29 2023

Installation was easy. Water line tap-ins were especially easy for me because I had already plumbed water to the adjacent Keurig. On the front face plate are illuminated buttons for hot and cold taps. Except these are not buttons. They are indicator lamps only. These tell you if the two little switches on the back of the unit are on! No place in the instructions does it spell this out clearly. Cold Water is cold (around 38°), and the hot side us very hot (180-190°). I turned off the hot water feature because we just didn't use it. The hot tap now dispenses room temperature water that is very filtered! This almost got 5 stars, but the water chiller is a bit noisy. Otherwise, it was a perfect fit under our cabinet.. Richard. US. I have no idea about the quality of this product because I just received it and am guessing on how to put it together. No manual. Only a small 4" X 3" instruction pamphlet with the filters & one with the canisters. Both have minimal wording and the pictures are so tiny a magnifying glass is needed to try to see the parts and which way they go in. There is absolutely no mention of how to secure the carbon filters in the upper chamber so I guessed. No mention on how tight to make the gaskets so they don't leak. It's a bit late when you've got it filled with water. How they said to prime them with your kitchen faucet didn't work for me. They say it takes 8 minutes to put this together. That's probably only true if you've done this before. No phone number on their web site. FAQs are repetitive and unhelpful, "you just put them in". They don't stand up if they cannot be fastened in place somehow. Preworded drop down menu, so you cannot get assistance with your particular issue when you contact the web site in writing for support. Who wants to wait for that anyway? Additionally, they want you to enter your order number, which I didn't happen to have handy. Totally, totally unnecessarily frustrating assembly process and an inability to get immediate support (I was not able to locate that 24/7 chat they advertise is available either!). Cathi.
