This Bachman extendable dining table is just what we needed! It's expensive but the quality is very good. It is a solid wood indeed and it fits perfectly in our space. We needed something that will work for our not so big dining area for everyday use but can be extended to use when there's a big gathering. We got a different set of dining chairs coz we needed more back support and this table and its bench matched perfectly with the different chairs we got. This purchase was big enough that full service assembly was free from the Wayfair guys so that was really helpful. It's quite heavy too. My husband and I absolutely love the look and how versatile the design is. If you want to achieve a modern, timeless or even farmhouse vibe in your house, this will fit your needs! 10/10 recommend. . A trestle-style table of brown-finished solid oak brings a traditional look to modern speed. Seats up to 10 comfortably.

I really like this table. The wood is smooth, but not overly polished. It has a bit of a rustic look, but not too much that it didn’t work in my room. I love the fact that it is one solid 8’ tabletop, rather than extensions.. Karen. MD. Wed Feb 04 2026

Designed in the spirit of 19th-century French originals, this handsome table features a rectangular top with two extension leaves. Furniture and upholstery appearances can vary and are not guaranteed due to the inherent variation of all natural materials, including wood color, wood grain, leather, and stone material and finish.

Beautiful, solid. There was a very slight flaw in the finish that I could have lived with, but when I contacted the seller, they provided a choice of discount or repair. Excellent on all counts.. J. NY. Wed Jul 01 2026

I am very pleased with this dining table. The craftsmanship, design, and overall appearance are beautiful, and it looks wonderful in my dining room. While there was a minor surface imperfection on the tabletop when it arrived, the issue was addressed promptly and professionally. What impressed me most was the outstanding customer service. From the moment I reported the issue, the support team was responsive, courteous, and genuinely committed to making things right. The delivery and assembly team was also excellent—professional, careful, and efficient during the setup process. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The Villa Valencia Rectangular Dining Table is a commanding statement of European grandeur, designed to impress at every angle. From its intricately carved double-pedestal base to the elaborate marquetry adorning its surface, every element is meticulously crafted to evoke a sense of old-world splendor and refined taste. With the ability to extend for large gatherings, this table is as functional as it is magnificent—a true centerpiece for opulent dining.

This table is very sturdy and heavy! It works great in our short term rental dining room. The finish had imperfections upon arrival and a new table top was sent to us, but it also had some imperfections in the veneer surface. It now has a "well loved" look and a bit of a patina so it actually works well for us. The first image shows the size with one additional insert, it comes with one other insert, so it can extend to quite a length. The other two images show the type of imperfections that are across most of the surface. The white bits and the cup ring are shown after a good cleaning with a damp cloth and they are not removable. We tried furniture polish, but the spots are permanent. That said, we really do enjoy the weight and look of the table and hope to use it for many years.. Albert. Ottawa, ON. Sun Aug 24 2025
