I was super excited to get this recliner but quite disappointed when it arrived. First, when I ordered it I could sworn it said detachable cushion ms, but only the seat cushion is detachable, the back cushion is attached. Second, one of the legs was very loose and even after tightening it it still sits crooked and I’m worried it will just give out. And lastly, when I was skirting the chair over a couple inches the whole frame felt very loose and jiggly. I think for the price it should not have had any of these issues. While it is beautiful and the sewing seems to be done very well, I’m not convinced that the foundation is solid and definitely not the legs. Wayfair did send a replacement but shockingly one of the front legs was bent beyond repair on the replacement chair too! As well as the fabric near the leg is torn. I would suggest to the manufacturer that they ship with the legs OFF like many other products do. VERY disappointed that TWO chairs have arrived damaged beyond repair.. Marcia. Milwaukie, OR. Received the new chair this morning. Husband was able to bring the box in through the front door (36") without a problem. No plastic wrap but the two pieces were packed nicely and inside a cheese cloth like bag. Legs screwed on easy and the back snapped into place with no issues. Description says seat cushion is removable, I'm disappointed to find that it is not. Back rest isn't high enough to rest your head and neck on when sitting or reclining. I reviewed the dimensions and reviews many times and did not think that was going to be the case. The push back is smooth and easy as is bringing it back to upright position. Fabric is more polyester feeling than I would prefer or thought it would be based on review photos. Several reviews said it was more gray than beige. I don't find that true. It's a darker beige and the design is light beige. I placed a light gray pillow in the chair for comparisons and contrast. It sits high and very firm, exactly as I wanted. The arm rests are comfortable for me. The purpose of the new chair was to replace the old worn sloughing one and give my living room a new look. I did A LOT of research before buying this chair, and I am happy with my purchase. It came in 1 decently packed box. The assembly took 5 minutes, and we are very happy with it so far! It is not a huge, oversized chair - but that's great because we needed something that would pair nicely with our existing living room furniture without swallowing up the room. My only concern is keeping it clean with 2 teenage boys...but we shall see. It looks like it can be spot cleaned pretty well, but time will tell. I also would've loved it be just a wee bit darker beige, but it is a nice creamy color (in pics the view from behind is more accurate color in person). It is very comfortable, and I love that it is "push back" without extra latches, pulls, pockets, or needs to be plugged in to recline.
