These drawer dividers are very easy to use. You just pop them in, and if you want to move them, press the little button to pop them out. In a tall drawer, I stacked two, so I could separate cutting boards by standing them. A note - these are pretty lightweight. Great pegboard and dowels drawer organizer! We bought two and trimmed them to fit our drawers with a circular saw. If you do need to trim consider using painters tape to help minimize edge chipping.
