I love the colors and design and the size is perfect (not too big or too small for the intended space). The lighted base is what stood out to me. These are solid, heavy lamps. The base is wide enough to support the shade---no chance of them tipping over (I was worried about that!). LOVELY design. My only complaint is that I was under the impression (and this is one of the reasons I purchased these lamps), that they were made in USA...only to find a "made in China" sticker on the bottom of the lamp :( :(. As other reviewers have said the lamp is easy to topple. It’s top front heavy but we don’t have any issues with it in the corner if no one bumps it.
