Its a great chair. Nice build. Heavy box delivery, takes at least two people, unless you disassemble it wherever it is placed. Upon construction, sliding the back wing pieces on was a bit frustrating, but once they were in place, everything was good to go. The phone/tablet holder is a nice added touch and it's even better that it's reasonably removable! For those who like heat, this baby HEATS UP! My dad is cold always, he sat in it and turned it on and forgot to turn it off. Within 5 minutes after sitting back down, my back was toasted beyond my liking... I do not like added heat, I'm a warmblooded person...but if that's you're thing, this baby does heat up. I won't be using that feature. This is a pretty cool chair. It’s power and assembly is easy you just push the back into the base. It swivels nicely and has a Little Rock to it. It’s got Bluetooth if haven’t used the speakers yet. The control buttons are easy to reach. Each arm rest can tilt up and down which is nice options for sitting. When they are tilted up, there’s hidden storage compartments under each arm. The seat and back is a nice cushion it’s firm enough but gives you the comfort soft seating to relax in. This is almost like teddy bear material but not as soft im not a fan of the color at all it makes it look drab. Another thing I dislike is the power cord is very short which is frustrating to reach a plug, besides the color and the power cord, it’s pretty decent. It’s very wide seating. However. If im in the sitting position and raise just the leg rest up, it’s not very long. I’m 5’4 and it stops at my ankles. So super tall people who want that leg support won’t get it.
