The boxes arrived a bit beat up as usual, but the pieces inside were safe and well-protected. I absolutely love the style of this dog crate it has that vintage industrial look that makes it feel like a real piece of furniture instead of just a kennel. It was definitely a bit time-consuming to assemble, especially with the sliding doors, but it was totally worth it in the end. I really like it because there are times when I want my Frenchie to stay calm and in one spot, especially while I’m cleaning or passing the vacuum. It’s perfect for that and he seems very comfortable. To be honest, I think I would have liked a darker wood color better, but this one is fine for now and it still looks very elegant in the room. This thing is nearly perfect! We have three dogs that we kennel occasionally when we leave the house, and I was tired of looking at three wire kennels of different sizes spread throughout the house. I decided to splurge on this 95" furniture-style kennel console, and it's absolutely everything I wanted it to be! It's STURDY. The assembly instructions were easy to follow, and assembly wasn't nearly as daunting a task as I thought it was going to be. Ours did arrive with a pretty nasty scratch/scuff on one of the bottom boards (thanks to a pretty big gash in the box from shipping), but it's covered by a kennel pad/dog bed, so not visible and not worth fussing over. Beautiful piece of furniture that also houses pets and has drawers for storage! The only downside were the amount of pieces that arrived to then build.
