Its too much to handle, not having a hose to connect to a sink faucet and having to find something to make sure the water goes in correctly. Plus you have to sit it in a tub to make sure it drains. It has a large capacity. I was worried that it wouldn’t hold as much as my prior front loaders, LG mega capacity. I was happily mistaken. And the footprint is smaller! This set holds everything I washed before and it’s more efficient. Washes & dries quickly, without damaging on the AI cycles. I love all the preset options and the auto soap and softener dispensers. I love this tower! Moved laundry to the first floor from the basement in a 100yo home. They nicely fit into a closet and are quiet and very efficient. Only 2 tbs of detergent needed, if you use too much you’ll get a notification for the app. Oh that’s great too, the app also alerts you when the washer and dryer are done or if there are any problems. Make sure they are properly installed, the dryer needs to have drainage. The guy who installed mine hadn’t installed an electric heat pump dryer yet and didn’t realize which led to a build up of water in the washer pan and the clothes would be damp.
