Overall an amazing desk for small spaces. It is super sturdy - you would never know it's a folding desk (doesn't move at all when typing, etc.). Very easily to install including a mounting template. NOTE: The thickness of this hinge WILL leave a gap at the top of your door. If you're using it for a door that will swing in, you can place the top moulding slightly lower, to mask the gap.
