I was a little worried by the 1 star and 2 star reviews about the latching hardware not being good. PLEASE IGNORE THOSE! It is obvious that they missed an important step in the instructions regarding spring loaded latches for the inside of the left front gate. As expected. Easy to put up. Completed it in about three hours by myself. Instructions weren’t too hard to follow. Instead of having them in separate kennels now they have more room to stretch out. The product itself is great. It's exactly what I needed for my anxious dog. I purchased from Wayfair because of shipping options. I didn't want the product damaged during shipping. When the package arrived it was beat up. We had to repair ons of the latches. Purchasing from Wayfair was more expensive and I was disappointed in not only the state of the box but the communication from Wayfair. I will be avoiding purchasing anything from them in the future.
